Croatia Honestly Products

We sell books and various textile and homeware products with custom printed designs. Our books are printed in Croatia. All other products are printed on demand in various locations around the world, depending on your shipping address.

Our return policy

All our products, except the books, are printed by a third-party print on demand service. We choose to work with Printful because of their unparalleled quality and reliability. Our return policy is aligned with their terms or service and for this reason, we don’t offer returns and exchanges. However, if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at hello@croatiahonestly.com

Our refund policy

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at hello@croatiahonestly.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received.

Wrong Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility (our warehouse in Croatia for books or Printful for everything else). You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

If your package was lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Exchanging items for a different size/color

We don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at hello@croatiahonestly.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

Buyer’s remorse

At this time, we can only offer refunds for damaged or mislabeled products, not for buyer’s remorse. We pride ourselves with supreme quality products, all of them authored and designed in Croatia. Please support our small scale, artisan production by understanding our stand on buyer's remorse.
